Shipping: We mostly use DHL for all our shipping world-wide. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but on average it takes anywhere from 2-7 days to receive your products. When your product is dispatched you will receive a tracking number so you can track it. This means that if duty or tax is applicable then it is processed by DHL and has been paid for before receiving your goods. Therefore you have nothing more to pay and all the import process are handle by DHL on our behalf. Here are some guidelines for some countries - Australia: All GST fees are covered by us. This is NOW INCLUDED in the price you pay. You don't need to worry about having to pay any more. USA: Any import fees (if applicable) are covered by us and you don't need to worry about having to pay any more.
